TYLER CYR

Owner | Director of Player Development

Tyler is the founder of Framework Performance and serves as the Director of Athlete Development. A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Tyler was selected by the San Francisco Giants and went on to build a 10-year professional career as a relief pitcher, spending time in the MLB with the Philadelphia Phillies, Oakland A’s, and Los Angeles Dodgers.

Tyler’s story is rooted in determination, consistency, and a willingness to continue learning. Throughout his career, he trained at nationally recognized performance facilities and had the opportunity to learn from some of the most respected coaches, strength and conditioning professionals, medical staffs, and baseball minds in the industry. Those experiences shaped his approach to athlete development, combining strength, speed, movement quality, mobility, recovery, and workload management into one long-term process.

That same approach drives how everyone is trained at Framework Performance. No gimmicks, no shortcuts just evidence-based training, consistency, hard work, and a plan built around the individual. From youth and high school athletes to college and professional players, as well as adults simply looking to become stronger, healthier, and more capable, the principles remain the same.

Pitching and throwing development remain a major part of Tyler’s background, including high-level throwing programs, long toss development, arm care, proper throwing on-ramps, workload management, and return-to-play throwing progressions. His approach emphasizes long-term development and preparing athletes for the demands of high-intent throwing rather than chasing short-term results.

Tyler continues to invest in his education through advanced strength and conditioning certifications, foundational literature within the field, and continued learning from leading professionals in sports performance.

EMILY CARUSO

Performance Coordinator

Emily serves as the Performance Coordinator and Adult Fitness Coach at Framework Performance. She earned her B.S. in Exercise Science from Florida Gulf Coast University and went on to expand her professional experience with the Boston Red Sox organization, gaining valuable experience around the training and development of high-level athletes.

While Emily has a strong background in athletic performance, she also has a passion for helping adults discover what they are capable of through quality strength and conditioning. Whether coaching athletes, leading her women’s-only in-person training, or developing remote programs for adults, her approach is built around meeting people where they are and creating a clear path forward.

Attention to detail is a staple of Emily’s coaching. She believes progress should be earned through consistency and hard work, but also tracked, measured, and celebrated along the way. Helping people move better, become stronger, build confidence, and see tangible evidence of their progress is at the heart of her approach.

For Emily, training isn’t just about creating better athletes, it’s about creating strong, capable humans.

Zeb Roos

Hitting Coach | Speed & Agility Specialist

Zeb Roos serves as a Hitting Coach and Speed & Agility Specialist at Framework  Performance, bringing a proven track record as a collegiate and professional hitter. In 2025 with Grand Junction, Zeb hit .341 with a .466 OBP, .572 SLG, and 1.038 OPS, adding 32 doubles, 14 home runs, 75 RBI, and 52 stolen bases over 89 games.

Throughout his career, Zeb has trained and worked at some of the top baseball and performance facilities in the country. His experience has shaped an approach that goes beyond the swing, with a strong emphasis on hitting, speed, agility, and overall athletic development.

Zeb’s standard hitting sessions are intentionally built around 30 minutes of focused, high-quality work. Quality over quantity, identify what the hitter needs, attack it with purpose, and give the athlete something they can continue developing beyond the lesson.

For athletes looking for more extensive development, longer sessions and additional work are available. Those opportunities require communication and a long-term commitment from both the athlete and coach, creating the time needed to truly evaluate, develop, and track progress.
